What information do I need to setup my email?
Getting to the settings depends on your email client (Outlook, Windows Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)

Password: your password
POP3 server: mail.canyoncountry.net
SMTP server: smtp.canyoncountry.net
When is my Internet going to get faster?
It is difficult to do much without good Internet speeds anymore. We have gotten additional bandwith, so our customers should be seeing an improvement. If you are a customer experiencing issues, give us a call at: 928-645-1858 or send us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we will look into what may be causing it.

We are open 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
My Internet service is out and you are closed, how can I get it fixed?
Go ahead and give us a call or send an email. In the voicemail or email please include the name on the account, and what issues you are seeing. Even though we are not in the office, we will look into the issue and try to resolve it as quickly as possible.
